Repair Service Policy:

Warranty on Repairs:

PC/Laptop and console repairs hold a 6-month warranty.

All other purchases hold a minimum 30 day warranty, or a specified warranty if longer.

This warranty covers the specific repair work performed and any parts replaced during the repair.

The warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Repair Refund/Re-Repair:

If the repaired device fails due to the repair work performed within the warranty period, we will:

Re-repair the device at no additional cost.

If re-repair is not feasible, a partial or full refund of the repair cost may be issued, at Decisive Devices Ltd.'s discretion.

If a customer has an issue with a repair, the customer should contact us, so that the problem can be addressed.

Limitations:

Decisive Devices Ltd. is not responsible for data loss. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before bringing in a device for repair.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that may be discovered during the repair process.

Diagnostic fees may be applied, even if a repair is not completed.

Repair Process:

Customers must provide proof of repair service.

Devices brought in for repair will be assessed, and customers will be provided with a quote before work begins.

Repairs will be completed in a timely manner, and customers will be notified when their device is ready.
